How to Use Odin3? How to Flash Stock Rom/Custom Rom on Samsung Devices?
When you connect your (switch on) phone to computer then your computer detect it and install its basic software for media connection.
But, to use Odin3 you need to install your device USB Driver.
To check your phone driver install or not open Run (
+ R) and type devmgmt.msc

Download Your Phone USB Driver.most samsung device has same driver.
To check your phone driver install or not open Run (
+ R) and type devmgmt.msc- if your device name/modal is under Android menu or device brand menu means its perfectly install
- if yellow triangular on your device name/modal means driver is not perfectly install
So, How to Solve!!

Q)many time phone driver is perfectly install in computer and also shown in Device Manager still we dont get light blue coloure indication in Odin3 under ID:COM tab!!
A)if your phone driver is completly install then go to Downloading mode in your phone. now connect your phone to computer using data cable.now remove your battery and quickly put it back.
your phone is detected in Odin3.

Q)Samsung old Android Devices like Ace S5830, Ace S5830i, Y Duos, Y, etc. is not detected in Odin3 after installing USB driver in computer
A)this thing possible when you use windows 8/8.1 so first install windows 7 and then install your phone USB driver and try it again your device is detected in Odin3

if you install driver completly and its also shown in Device Manager and you try Solution 1 and/or 2 but still your device is not detected in Odin3
so,
- uninstall all your phone USB driver. and Restart your pc.
- enable USB Debugging mod in Phone. How to enable USB Debugging?
- connect your phone to computer
- now open samsung USB driver setup (which link i give)
- install it with default setting
then try to detect your phone in Odin3 still your phonme not detect try Solution 1 and/or 2 agin Now, your Phone is Finally detected.
