Odin is a flash tool that allows you to flash stock firmware, custom firmware, or any root package (.tar or .MD5 file) to the Samsung Smartphones (basically android based).

Step 9: Once MD5 file is added in AP click on Start. use defult setting (Check Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time. and Uncheck other).
Now process is started. it also indicate in Phone.

How to Use Odin3
Step 1: Download the ODIN ZIP/RAR file. Extract this file in one folder. The folder does not need to be in a specific directory or drive.
Step 2: Download Your Phone USB Driver.
Step 3: Download your Phone stock firmware or custom firmware and extract this file in folder
Step 4: Now, Connect your Phone to Computer through Data cable and open Samsung USB Driver file and install it. and open Run ( + R) and type devmgmt.msc (for check usb driver is install or not, yellow triangular means not install) after installation disconnect your device from computer. i am using Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300)
Step 5: Turn off your device and press and hold VOLUME DOWN KEY + HOME BUTTON + POWER KEY and you see warning then press Volume Up Key. Now Phone in Downloading mode.
Step 6: Open Odin3
Step 7: Now connect your Phone to Computer using Data cable. if USB Driver is install corretly then Odin3 detect your device. light Blue colour indicate in ID:COM
Step 8: Now Click on AP and select Phone firmware package file (.tar or .MD5 file).it take time 1/2 minute and during this time its don't give respond. in old version of Odin3 AP is name as PDA.
Step 9: Once MD5 file is added in AP click on Start. use defult setting (Check Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time. and Uncheck other).
Now process is started. it also indicate in Phone.
Step 10: When process is complete then click on Exit. and disconnect your phone from computer.
Now, your phone is automatically reboot and its take more time to boot as compared normal boot. so, be relax.
